We can handle any working situation, whether you would like to set up an introductory phone call and let us handle the rest or prefer working with us and your tenant on a daily basis. Our tenant brokers will always keep you updated on the entire process while assuming all required responsibilities. We will research the market, determine your tenants’ requirements, negotiate lease terms and advise your tenant on all aspects of lease negotiations as they secure their new office space.

B. Non-Tenant Exclusive 20%

Tenant Exclusive = Tenant has executed a written exclusive agreement with Prime Manhattan Realty prior to Prime Manhattan Realty showing space to tenant or within 24 hours after initial showing.


Non Exclusive = Prime Manhattan Realty has not received a Tenant Exclusive Agreement.
