| Scott Bennett joined Prime Manhattan Realty in 1998. Throughout his career, he has provided real estate services to tenants and Building owners throughout many of Manhattans commercial districts. Mr. Bennett has successfully completed over 300 Lease transactions from various disciplines and locations. Some of his most prestigious deals include finding tenants Manhattan commercial real estate in the plaza district. A few examples of substantial finance and real estate development firms that Mr. Bennett represented include completing leases for a full floor for Unifund Capital in 712 Fifth Avenue, Terra Networks full floor on 5th Avenue as noted by The Real Deal’s most recent issue, Ceruzzi holdings 667 Madison Avenue, Regent Capital Carnegie Hall Tower 156 West 56th Street, Capital Growth Financial the Gucci Building, and AC Investments 1350 Avenue of the Americas.
Mr. Bennett’s expertise of New York commercial real estate has no limits. He has unlimited knowledge of office spaces in Manhattan and has an incredible sense of the market. He has completed several transactions for Soho office space as well as downtown financial district office space. A few notable transactions in these areas include Business Payment Systems sublet deal, a 25,000 square foot floor in 55 Board Street, CPA Biz’s 16,000-foot full floor office in 100 Broadway, and several full floor tenants in Soho such as Trunk Images and Media Power.
Sublets are another area that Mr. Bennett has tremendous success in. Most recently completed a deal for one of the most luxurious offices on Manhattan’s 5th Avenue at 720 for West Spring Advisors and another sublet for Regeneration Capital in the Cityspire building at 156 West 56th Street, Mr. Bennett understands the sublet market and the ins and outs of approaching sublet negotiation.
