Todd Abrams joined Prime Manhattan
Realty in 2014 as Associate Director of Business Development and
is now a Managing Director of our Commercial Real Estate Division.
Along with his vast management experience, he brings a fresh perspective
and new energy to Prime Manhattan Realty's 20 years of experience
in the New York Commercial Real Estate marketplace. Todd's Deals • He successfully completed a sublease transaction with my partner Scott Bennett, where we represented our client, the sublessor, and found the perfect boutique women’s clothing company to take over the remainder of their lease as well as extend the term. • He was able to identify and secure the perfect spaces for an internet jewelry firm a few doors down from where they have been in business for over 20 years as well as a renowned art gallery that had been in their previous space for 30 years. • He was able to procure prime Grand Central office space for a client with East River Views for a brand new private real estate investment firm looking to take off in NYC. • He was able to find the perfect creative loft space for a non-for-profit client looking to grow in New York City. His concentration at Prime Manhattan Realty is commercial office and loft space in Manhattan. “I know there is the perfect space out there for each of my clients and I will not stop until I have identified and secured it on their behalf.” |
