| Bill joined Prime Manhattan Realty as the firm’s Marketing Director in the spring of 2001, where he performed a dual role as a marketing director and as a tenant representation agent. Each of these functions has developed his ability to find great deals and unique opportunities within the New York downtown office market. After 3 years he was promoted to Managing Director where he has thrived, yet continues to dedicate most of his time to suiting his clients needs as a broker.
