About the Building

Neighboring the Four Seasons Hotel, the land-marked Fuller Building anchors the corner of 57th Street and Madison Avenue and is filled with renowned galleries, showrooms and executive offices for luxury retail and apparel companies.

Current home to the Coach flagship store, 595 Madison holds a commanding presence in a neighborhood known for appealing to affluent of shoppers.

The Fuller Building, located on the northeast corner of 57th Street and Madison Avenue, was built in 1929 and is home to office, showroom and gallery space on 40 tenant floors. Its 27,331 square feet of retail space are home to Coach’s U.S. flagship retail location, as well as a Prada store.

The land-marked Art Deco building features a three-story entrance topped with sculptures by Elie Nadelman. The property stretches 75 feet along Madison Avenue, and 150 feet on 57th Street, offering a total of about 295,000 square feet of space.
