The entry opens directly into a clean-lined reception area framed by warm wood flooring, soft uplighting, and modern shelving that hints at the flexible creative or tech-friendly design sensibility found throughout. Adjacent to the entry is a dedicated lounge zone with casual seating and custom millwork, designed to serve equally as a touchdown spot for informal huddles or a comfortable waiting area for guests. The main bullpen is configured to accommodate over 90 workstations in a clean, linear layout with long benching tables, ergonomic seating, and ample aisle space, supported by high ceilings and natural light from multiple exposures. At the center of the open area is a glass-fronted boardroom finished with soft lighting, acoustic treatments, and seating for up to twelve—positioned for optimal adjacency to both team areas and private offices.
Along the perimeter are five fully enclosed private offices with glass sidelights and doors, each outfitted with executive furniture and positioned for light and privacy. Two larger internal conference rooms and four breakout-sized meeting rooms are strategically positioned deeper into the core to maximize light along the outer window lines. A large pantry with white cabinetry, undercounter appliances, coffee service station, and bar-style seating runs along the side of the floorplate, ideal for daily team use and hosting. The build also includes refined architectural details such as exposed ductwork, acoustic baffles, suspended lighting, and custom shelving units for clean storage. Occupying the entire floor, the unit provides secure elevator access and branding potential for tenants seeking exclusive control, operational efficiency, and a polished presentation space.

Designed by architect James B. Baker the 12-story structure – drew inspiration from French Gothic chateaux, giving the Presbyterian Building spiky dormers capped with finials, a red tile roof and an imposing entrance-way of successively smaller arches leading to an ornate lobby.
Today No. 156 Fifth Avenue remains an striking presence on lower Fifth Avenue, amazingly little unaltered.
