Although an alternate test fit illustrates a denser plan, the intended delivery is the five-office configuration, giving a tenant a stronger balance between enclosed rooms and collaborative workspace.

From the suite entrance, reception opens directly into the central workplace rather than consuming substantial square footage in a separate lobby. The twelve workstations are organized in benching groups through the middle of the plan, keeping the principal open work area efficient and allowing employees to circulate easily between desks and enclosed rooms. Five private offices are distributed along the windowed perimeter, with the larger corner office capable of accommodating an executive desk and guest seating while the remaining offices provide dedicated rooms for principals, managers, or focused individual work.
