Beyond reception, the layout opens substantially into the principal work area. Twenty workstations are distributed across several benching groups rather than concentrated into one oversized block, giving teams room to circulate between desks while maintaining an open collaborative environment. The irregular floor plate actually works to the suiteās advantage here, creating distinct work neighborhoods within the larger open office instead of one uninterrupted bullpen. Several window bays run along the perimeter, and the projecting window sections introduce additional daylight deeper into the work area.
Two private offices occupy the far perimeter together. Both are windowed and sized generously enough for executive or managerial use, with room for a primary desk as well as guest seating. Their placement keeps private work separated from reception while remaining immediately accessible from the open office. A small informal collaboration setting with four chairs is positioned nearby and can function as a casual meeting, brainstorming, or breakout area without consuming another enclosed room.
The pantry is placed toward the rear of the suite, convenient to the workstations but removed from the reception and conference areas. It includes counter space and cabinetry for everyday food and beverage service. A dedicated information technology room and separate copy area sit alongside the pantry, keeping equipment and support functions consolidated away from client-facing areas.
The overall design is practical rather than overbuilt: one conference room, two windowed private offices, twenty workstations, reception, pantry, information technology room, copy area, coat storage, and informal collaboration seating. Hardwood-style flooring, exposed overhead infrastructure, clean white finishes, and abundant perimeter windows give the office a straightforward contemporary character while preserving a clear division between visitors, focused work, team seating, and back-office functions.
