From the elevator, the principal open work area extends lengthwise through the center of the floor. The current installation demonstrates room for multiple bench-style desks without crowding circulation, and the long rectangular configuration makes it straightforward to increase or reduce workstation density. One skylight sits directly above this central work zone, bringing daylight into the middle of the floor where perimeter windows cannot reach. Farther along, the open office transitions into a substantial lounge with a large sectional sofa, armchair, coffee table and wall-mounted display, creating a genuine breakout and informal meeting area rather than forcing every conversation into an enclosed room.
Four private offices are distributed along the perimeter and enclosed primarily with full-height frameless glass, allowing daylight and sightlines to carry through the floor. These rooms can accommodate executive offices, individual workrooms or smaller team rooms depending on staffing needs. The glazing also keeps the offices visually connected to the open workplace instead of creating a dark interior corridor.
A dedicated conference room is separated from the work area and comfortably accommodates approximately eight people around a rectangular table. Four large windows line the room, giving meetings substantial daylight and exterior exposure while providing enough wall area for a mounted presentation screen. The enclosed room placement allows client meetings to remain separate from everyday workstation activity.
The kitchenette is compact but complete, with upper and lower cabinetry, countertop workspace, sink, refrigerator, microwave and coffee station. Two private bathrooms are also contained within the floor, eliminating the need for shared common-corridor facilities.
Large windows appear at both ends of the suite, supplemented by the two skylights, so daylight reaches the workplace from several directions. The combination of full-floor privacy, four glass-fronted offices, one eight-person conference room, open workstation capacity, dedicated lounge, kitchenette, two bathrooms and direct elevator access gives this pre-built office an unusually complete program for a smaller company seeking its own identifiable headquarters floor.
Notes: Top-floor, full-floor penthouse office. Elevator opens directly into the space, currently configured with four private offices and one conference room. Features include nearly 10’ ceiling heights, two large skylights, two bathrooms, kitchenette, and mini-split cooling throughout.
