Entering the suite brings you into a small reception and waiting area, with the principal work floor opening directly beyond it. Ten workstations are divided between bench-style desk groupings through the middle of the suite, leaving generous circulation around the desks rather than packing the floor with seating. A counter-height communal work bar provides additional touchdown seating along one side, while a lounge arrangement with sofas, armchairs and a low table creates a separate informal gathering area for conversations away from the desks.
Five private offices provide the enclosed-room component of the layout. The perimeter offices are enclosed with full-height black-framed glass and receive daylight from exterior windows, while their placement keeps the center of the floor open and visually connected. The largest office is sized as a true executive room with a full desk, guest seating and credenza, while the remaining offices can accommodate individual executives or smaller two-person teams. Carpet inside the offices provides an acoustic and visual transition from the polished concrete flooring used through the common areas.
A dedicated conference room sits closer to the center of the suite and is furnished for approximately eight people around a rectangular table. Its wall-mounted display supports presentations and video meetings, and its enclosed location allows meetings to occur without interrupting the open workstations.
The pantry is substantially built rather than functioning as a simple kitchenette, with full-height wood cabinetry, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink, coffee equipment and a large stone-topped island with three counter seats. Throughout the suite, exposed ceilings alternate with finished ceiling sections, suspended linear fixtures provide direct lighting, and black-framed glass maintains long interior sightlines. Exterior windows serve the office side of the plan, allowing daylight to reach the enclosed rooms while the extensive interior glazing helps carry that brightness toward the shared workplace.
