Entry from the building corridor brings visitors directly into the main collaborative portion of the suite, where a four-chair lounge grouping establishes an informal reception and waiting area before the workplace opens toward the window line. Immediately nearby, the wet pantry is built with wood cabinetry, a sink, microwave and counter seating for three, allowing the pantry to function as both a refreshment point and an additional gathering area. Beyond it, the principal open work area extends across the center and windowed side of the suite, with twenty height-adjustable workstations organized into three benching groups. This central configuration preserves broad circulation paths while keeping the workstations close to the exterior windows.
Two enclosed offices sit together along one side of the plan. Both are glass-fronted and can serve as private executive offices, individual workrooms or small one-on-one meeting spaces while remaining visually connected to the open workplace. Across the opposite side, the suite provides two additional enclosed collaborative rooms. The larger conference room is arranged around a rectangular table for approximately eight people and is well suited to formal meetings, presentations and team sessions. Directly beside it, a second glass-enclosed breakout room contains a round table with seating for approximately five, creating a more casual setting for smaller discussions without consuming the main conference room.
The combination of twenty workstations, two private offices, two distinct meeting environments, a dedicated lounge and a wet pantry gives the suite a particularly efficient balance between focused work and collaboration. Furniture is included, allowing an incoming company to take advantage of an already completed installation rather than undertaking a new build-out.
Notes: Brand new space built with high-end finishes which include two glass offices, large glass conference room, glass break out room, wet pantry, lounge, and open area with 20 height adjustable workstations. Furniture included. South facing with phenomenal light and views. Currently offered as a sublease through June 30th 2031. Landlord will consider a direct deal as well.
