A hospitality-style reception lounge introduces this pre-built office with soft seating, polished concrete floors, oversized black-framed windows, and exposed mechanical ceilings. Beyond the front area, the plan combines a large open workplace with six enclosed perimeter rooms, including three conference rooms and three private offices, plus additional informal collaboration space. A substantial pantry and employee café anchors the opposite side of the suite, giving the workplace a clear separation between client-facing, team, and support functions.

From the entrance, visitors step directly into the reception lounge rather than the primary work area. A sofa, two lounge chairs, occasional tables, and decorative globe lighting create a comfortable waiting area beside the window line. Glass doors connect this reception zone to the principal conference room, allowing the meeting suite to remain visually open while still providing acoustic separation.

Moving into the main office reveals a broad open workspace organized around four six-person benching groups, providing twenty-four workstations. The desks run along the long exterior side of the floor, keeping employees close to the windows while leaving a wide central circulation path. A secondary lounge grouping with a sofa, chairs, and coffee table occupies the middle of the workplace, creating an informal alternative to the enclosed meeting rooms.

Along the upper perimeter are three enclosed rooms. Two function as conference or meeting rooms with tables and guest seating, while the third provides another enclosed collaborative setting. At the opposite end, three private offices line the windowed perimeter, giving executives or managers dedicated rooms removed from the workstation floor. The largest conference room sits separately near the lower corner and is arranged around a long table for approximately fourteen people, making it suitable for presentations, client meetings, and full-team discussions.

The pantry occupies its own defined zone beside the workplace and includes extensive upper and lower cabinetry, a full-size refrigerator, sink, tiled backsplash, substantial counter space, and a large central island. Restrooms, storage, and building-core functions remain concentrated internally, preserving the perimeter for occupied rooms and desks. Exposed ductwork, linear suspended lighting, glass partitions, polished concrete, and modern finishes give the installation a clean creative-office character with enough enclosed space to support both collaborative and private work.

Notes: Brand-new furnished prebuilt suites featuring exposed ceilings, LED pendant lighting, polished concrete floors, glass-fronted offices and conference rooms, pantry, private bathrooms, attended lobby, automated freight elevator, and debt-free ownership. Terms negotiable.
