From the entrance, the plan opens into a polished reception zone with a substantial reception desk and an adjacent furnished lounge positioned along the window line. The front-of-house sequence connects directly to the primary conference and meeting areas, allowing visitors to be received without being routed through employee work areas. Four dedicated conference rooms and two additional meeting rooms are distributed around this central portion of the floor, providing a mix of larger formal meeting settings and smaller rooms for internal discussions.
Beyond reception, circulation leads into the central employee area, where 40-plus workstations can be arranged in an open configuration. The workstation neighborhood is bordered by enclosed rooms, creating separation between collaborative seating and the floor’s extensive private-office component. A total of 27 private offices occupy the perimeter, taking advantage of the exterior window line; several larger corner and executive offices provide room for desks, guest seating, and additional furniture. Glass fronts along portions of the interior help carry daylight deeper into the workplace while maintaining privacy between offices and the open area.
At the center of the plan is a large open-style collaborative pantry, designed as more than a conventional kitchenette. The pantry incorporates substantial millwork, counters, food-service functions, and multiple café-style seating areas, giving employees a central place for meals and informal meetings. The installation uses a restrained high-end palette of light wood, stone, glass, carpeting, and contemporary lighting throughout.
The building itself recently completed a renovation exceeding $300 million, including a new lobby, infrastructure, and elevators. Tenants also have access to concierge service, an in-building café, additional meeting rooms, library and lounge areas, fitness facilities, locker rooms, and showers.
