The suite is organized as a high-floor workplace that separates client-facing rooms from day-to-day staff areas without breaking the visual connection between them. A defined reception station introduces the office, backed by a waiting area and a long circulation path lined with full-height glass-fronted rooms. Rather than enclosing the center with solid partitions, the installation keeps sightlines open, using clear and partially frosted glass, exposed structural details, polished concrete circulation flooring and bright white finishes to give the interior a contemporary, architectural character.

Moving into the working portion, the plan provides seven windowed private offices or huddle rooms, giving management and smaller teams enclosed rooms that can serve as private offices, one-on-one rooms or focused project spaces. These rooms run along the perimeter and benefit directly from the windows rather than relying on borrowed light. Two large glass-fronted conference rooms provide the principal formal meeting capacity, including a substantial boardroom-style room furnished with a long conference table. The corner conference setting is especially strong, with windows wrapping two sides and elevated Midtown views creating a notably different environment from a typical internal meeting room.

The balance of the suite is devoted to a large open work area with existing workstation capacity. Bench-style desks, monitors, storage pedestals and task seating are already installed, allowing teams to use the space with minimal additional setup. Portions of the work area have exposed ceilings with painted structure and suspended linear lighting, while other sections transition to finished ceilings, carpet and polished concrete. This change in materials helps distinguish circulation, offices and collaborative zones without unnecessarily partitioning the floor.

Farther through the workplace, a furnished corner lounge creates a genuine informal gathering area beside multiple windows, with sofas and additional seating positioned away from the primary desk rows. Nearby, the café-style wet pantry is considerably more developed than a basic kitchenette, incorporating extensive cabinetry, countertop workspace, a tiled backsplash, full-height refrigeration, beverage equipment and a raised counter with stools. It can function as both a break area and another casual meeting point.

The layout’s strongest advantage is the combination of enclosed rooms and open seating without sacrificing daylight. Windows extend along multiple sides of the suite, and the corner conditions provide particularly broad city exposures. With seven private offices or huddle rooms, two conference rooms, a reception and waiting area, open workstation capacity, a separate lounge and a full wet pantry, the existing furnished installation gives a tenant a highly complete, immediately usable office rather than an empty prebuilt shell.

Notes: The space features two large glass-fronted conference rooms, seven windowed offices that can serve as private offices or huddle rooms, a large open work area with existing workstation capacity, and a café-style wet pantry. Furniture is included, allowing for immediate occupancy.
