Beyond reception, the layout transitions into an open work area containing exactly 14 workstations. Desks are arranged in compact team groupings rather than spread inefficiently around the floor, leaving comfortable circulation between the workstation area, perimeter rooms and shared spaces. The workplace has a contemporary appearance, combining exposed structural ceiling elements in portions of the open area with finished ceilings elsewhere, neutral carpeting, clean white walls and extensive interior glass. Large exterior windows bring daylight directly into the work area while providing elevated Midtown views from the twentieth floor.
Three private offices are incorporated into the installation and can serve as executive offices, management offices or individual focus rooms. Glass-fronted construction allows these enclosed rooms to remain visually connected to the larger workplace while maintaining separation for calls and concentrated work. Meeting space is particularly strong for an office of this size. A substantial 14-seat conference room provides a true boardroom-scale setting for client presentations and larger internal meetings, while two additional huddle rooms accommodate smaller meetings, interviews, video calls or project sessions without tying up the main conference room.
The circulation continues toward a pantry and café area that functions as more than a basic kitchenette. Built-in cabinetry, counters and appliances are paired with table seating, creating a useful place for lunch, informal conversations and breaks away from the desks. A separate lounge provides another casual setting for employees or visitors and helps prevent the open workstation area from becoming the default location for every informal meeting.
Furniture is already installed throughout the suite, including workstations, conference tables, task seating and lounge pieces, supporting immediate occupancy with limited setup. The combination of direct elevator exposure, reception, three private offices, 14 workstations, three distinct meeting rooms, lounge space and a seated pantry gives the layout an unusually complete program without overcrowding the floor. Its greatest advantage is balance: enclosed rooms line the more private portions of the plan while open work, hospitality and collaborative functions remain connected through a straightforward circulation path.
Notes: Fully furnished, turnkey prebuilt with high-end finishes and direct elevator exposure. 3 private offices, 14 workstations, 14-seat conference room, 2 huddle rooms, reception, and pantry with seating. Available immediately with an LXD of January 16, 2030.
