Stanley J. Piesh joined Prime Manhattan Realty in the summer of 2000. Mr. Piesh has more than 13 years of experience in the management of New York City office buildings and construction management from renovation of office spaces to complete build outs.

Over the last 15 years as Associate Real Estate Broker with Prime Manhattan Realty, Mr. Piesh's engineering background and experience have made him an expert in commercial real estate with particular expertise in healthcare properties and nonstandard office space. Mr. Piesh's perseverance, skill, and friendly personality have helped him place a prominent medical doctor in an office tower of the Rockefeller Center for which he was recognized as Deal Maker in the New York Times by Tishman Properties. He received an award from WHM properties for the placement of a legendary Manhattan Bridge Club in the Fisk Building. He has successfully placed more than 100 companies in New York City office buildings and he has represented clients in the purchase and sale of New York City commercial properties worth close to 50 million dollars.

Mr. Stanley Piesh graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The School of Industrial Engineering in his native Czechoslovakia in 1979. Escaped from communist Czechoslovakia in 1985 and was admitted to the United States as a political refugee in 1986, he became a US Citizen in 1996. He earned his Real Estate Broker license two years after he received his Sales Person License in 2000. His passion for life, the arts, scuba diving and Real Estate make him a very accomplished Real Estate Broker.

Other accomplishments include the placement of the First Private Pre-Cancer Screening Center on Second Avenue & 40th Street and placement of the famous Hallowell Center for the treatment of ADD on the Upper West Side. Mr. Piesh has worked closely with Madison Avenue Physical Therapy helping them open multiple locations around New York City. One of his largest accomplishments was to locate and successfully close the $19 million purchase of a building for a client requiring Theater space. Two of his healthcare clients completed a $12.5 million dollar purchase of the entire floor 19,500 rsf prebuild medical facility at 800 Second Avenue. Mr. Piesh represented buyers and a seller of 4 individual condominium units at Grand Park professional condominium building at 110 East 40th Street.
